As summer starts to set in and sunshine washes away our worries, we like to compliment the season with something light & crisp to sip into the bright hours of midnight. A little over yonder and just across the way is our latest & greatest lager, Just Across the Water! This Japanese-inspired lager maintains a light and crisp profile with low hop bitterness and loads of flavor. Rice was added to the grain bill to provide fermentable sugars and complexity without compromising the flavor, while the addition of Japanese Yuzu zest brings out notes of grapefruit, mandarin, and citrus along with a slight tartness.
